The Cambridge Valley
Chamber of Commerce is proud to offer a medical insurance program for sole
proprietorships and businesses with 1-50 employees. The plans are offered
through Capital District Physicians Health Plan (CDPHP). A high-deductible plan
and a standard HMO-type plan are available.
Open enrollment will be held in 2008 during May and November. Plans take effect the following month.
